What do you do with the information that you collect from me?
We do not share any information you provide to us with any companies outside OrgasmicEarth.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates or necessary payment processors. Your information is never shared with any third parties that will send you unwanted or spam mail. Promotional offers and updates are never sent to your email address without your authorization. We do not send out fliers or ads to your home.
We use your email address strictly for the purpose of sending you an order confirmation and responding to any inquiries regarding orders or product information, etc. Billing information is collected after you place your order for interoffice use only. Your billing information may only be disclosed to the issuing bank for verification purposes.
Do you ship discreetly?
Absolutely! Your package will be shipped in a plain brown or white box. There is no indication of what is contained within the box or the nature of the products.
The sender on the shipping label will be GW Corp or OEN Co.
Will I receive an order confirmation via email?
Yes, an order confirmation is automatically generated and sent via email once your order is placed. You can expect to receive it within 2 hours. Feel free to contact us using the form located within the toolbar found at the top of our web pages if you have any problems.
When I go to the checkout page why am I being asked for my email and password?
We request that you create an account with us before checking out so that you can have the ability to track the status of your current orders, review previous orders, save your shopping cart contents, and shop faster next time!

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You may also pay with a money order or a valid bank check. Personal checks are NOT accepted.
Why does the Payment Information section of your check out page show PayPal as the only payment method?
We accept all major credit cards. PayPal is just the processing module that we use to process your payment. You will be given the opportunity to pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
Do I need a PayPal account in order to submit my order?

What will show up on my credit card statement?

How long will it be before my package arrives?
You will usually receive your shipment within 3 to 5 business days. We offer 3 day, 2 day and overnight shipping but you must allow adequate processing time of 24 to 48 hours before your order is shipped. (International orders may take longer.)
Can orders be shipped to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but you must choose the Zone Rates option as your shipping method in which case your order will ship via United States Postal Service. (Shipping to a P.O. Box may increase shipping time.)

Upon return visits to this website, you may view your order and track its status by clicking the Log In link located at the top left-hand side of our web pages (beneath the logo).
